If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email create@aicreative.ai with a notice that includes (a) identification of the work, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, and (e) a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Creative LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

11. Termination

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
