Goal Setting & Project Scope

Our videos are built for performance, and our process starts with goal setting. We’ll collaborate on a strategy to hit your targets with the right package of videos.

  • Performance: set a goal for the videos (ROAS, website traffic, followers, etc)
  • Use Case: determine where the videos will be published
  • Quantity: choose the volume of videos to be delivered

Creative Brief

Once we’ve agreed on the goals, we’ll submit a creative brief for your team to review. This ensures we’re aligned before we hit the lab.

  • Script Writing: review a storyboard with scene descriptions and dialogue
  • Images: see the images that will be brought to life with video (if applicable)
  • Approval: request revisions or approve the creative brief for production

Video Submission

Within a week of receiving approval for the creative brief, we’ll deliver videos for final approval.

  • Unlimited Revisions: if we failed to follow the approved brief, we'll fix it for free
  • Additional Variations: request additional variations of the finished videos (fees apply)
  • Final Approval: once the videos are approved, you can publish them anywhere

Test & Iterate

Publish your videos, collect data, and let us know how they performed. We’ll take the learnings and incorporate them into the next strategy session.

  • Winners: when we find a winner, we'll recommend additional variations to test
  • Losers: losing videos provide valuable insights for future strategy sessions
  • Iterate: whether we found winners or losers, the insights will guide future testing
